Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Rotate through multiple production roles including packing, scaling, and grading on a conveyor system.
- Maintain operational line speeds for efficient production.
- Inspect product quality regularly to ensure compliance with standards.
- Engage actively in team meetings aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks effectively.
- Capacity to lift up to 55 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a cold, wet, and noisy environmental setting.
- Preference for candidates with experience in poultry or food processing, although specific educational credentials are not mandatory.
