The Member Experience Ambassador plays a crucial role in building strong relationships with members by offering club tours and assisting them with the FitStart program. This position also involves maintaining a clean and safe environment, handling member questions, and overseeing retail sales. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, coupled with a strong enthusiasm for fitness. Outstanding communication abilities, basic computer skills, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are essential for this role.
