Job description
The role of the Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative entails driving business development efforts and overseeing a designated territory to enhance service revenue via preventive and predictive maintenance agreements. This position involves performing facility evaluations, overseeing the complete sales process, and fostering enduring partnerships with facility managers and property owners. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales within the commercial HVAC sector or similar building systems. Additionally, candidates are expected to be skilled in CRM software, exhibit excellent communication abilities, and hold a valid driver’s license.
