Job description
The Director of Engineering oversees the upkeep of the facility, including the building, grounds, and physical infrastructure, with a focus on safety, security, and asset preservation. This role entails managing budgets, overseeing capital improvement projects, and heading the emergency response team for all facility-related matters. Applicants should possess either a high school diploma or GED with six years of relevant experience, or an associate degree accompanied by four years of experience in engineering or maintenance. Additionally, technical expertise in HVAC-R, electrical, and plumbing systems is necessary.
