The Member Services Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our members. This position involves managing account openings, executing loan transactions, and addressing member questions through multiple communication avenues. Additionally, the representative is tasked with promoting a range of credit union products to enhance member satisfaction and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality service to members, ensuring their needs are met.
- Open new accounts and process various loan transactions efficiently.
- Engage in cross-selling of credit union products to maximize member benefits.
- Resolve member inquiries through different channels of communication.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong communication and mathematical skills are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
- Ability to acquire a state license for loan protection insurance is necessary.
