Job description
The Membership Ambassador plays a key role in connecting with potential members, overseeing the sales process, and turning guest visits into enduring memberships. This position also involves mentoring operational team members on membership discussions and aiding in strategies for market expansion. Ideal candidates will possess a background in sales, customer service, or hospitality, complemented by excellent communication and organizational abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools and experience in consultative sales or lead conversion are highly desirable.
