**Senior Training Manager**
The Senior Training Manager is responsible for the creation, implementation, and oversight of educational engagement initiatives and training center programs tailored for both clients and the sales team. This role will conduct training sessions, oversee in-classroom tech, and work alongside cross-functional teams to guarantee successful program execution. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 3 years in customer education, and over 4 years of experience in the fields of medical aesthetics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals. Strong skills in instructional design, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the willingness to travel domestically up to 30% are essential for this position.
