The Membership Coordinator plays a crucial role in welcoming and guiding visitors, cultivating connections, and involving them in their interests. This position requires conducting follow-up calls and achieving established sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Ideal candidates will possess a strong enthusiasm for fitness, exceptional communication abilities, and a friendly demeanor. Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
