Job Summary
The Membership System Administrator is tasked with overseeing the daily operations, setup, and ongoing enhancement of the MyClubHub membership system. This position is essential for delivering technical assistance, maintaining data accuracy, and generating reports that aid in the organization’s operational and financial oversight.
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure the MyClubHub membership system efficiently.
- Continuously seek improvements for the membership system’s functionality.
- Provide technical support to users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the system.
- Ensure the integrity and security of data within the membership system.
- Create and analyze reports to support various organizational functions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma is required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in system administration, database management, or a similar role.
- Proficient in using membership management systems and data reporting tools.
- Strong ability to provide user support and troubleshoot technical issues.
