Job description
Conducts therapeutic group sessions and activities, maintaining patient safety through personalized supervision and regular unit rounds. Works in partnership with a multidisciplinary team to create treatment plans and performs essential documentation for both patients and the department. A Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health discipline is required, or a degree in a non-behavioral health field along with a minimum of one year of pertinent experience. Candidates are required to secure CPI and CPR certifications within 90 days of employment.
