**Job Title: IPS Job Developer and Employment Specialist**
As an IPS Job Developer and Employment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients in securing and sustaining competitive employment. This position involves providing job coaching, development assistance, and readiness support. Approximately 65% of your working hours will be dedicated to community engagement, where you will interact with both clients and employers, all while ensuring that vocational services align effectively with mental health treatment.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in mental health, social services, or business, or demonstrate relevant equivalent experience. Additionally, prior experience working with individuals facing homelessness, substance use challenges, or significant mental health issues is essential.
