Job description
The role involves conducting mental health assessments, providing crisis intervention, and delivering ongoing care for individuals in the correctional facility. You will work in conjunction with the Department of Correction to manage patient accommodations, treatment outcomes, and discharge strategies. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a similar discipline. A valid New York State license in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is also necessary.
