The role of the counselor entails performing initial evaluations, delivering continuous psychotherapy, and providing crisis intervention, while ensuring precise clinical record-keeping. The counselor is also responsible for their own scheduling, billing, and collecting payments. Applicants must have a valid Pennsylvania license as either a Psychologist, Psychiatrist, LCSW, LPC, or LMTF. Moreover, they are required to maintain up-to-date state and federal clearances and should be available after school hours.
