**Merchandise Assistant Manager**
The Merchandise Assistant Manager oversees the daily operations of store associates, emphasizing effective merchandising, handling freight, and upholding store standards. This role also involves supporting the Store Manager with tasks related to inventory control, sales strategy, and fostering an exceptional customer experience. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in retail management and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The position necessitates the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs, along with the ability to walk, stand, and perform manual labor frequently.
