**Merchandise Manager**
The Merchandise Manager is responsible for the effective execution of store operations, encompassing truck processing, inventory management, and adherence to visual merchandising principles. This position also focuses on developing the team, ensuring alignment with company policies, and upholding a store environment that is ready for customers. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail leadership and must be capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds. The role entails extended periods of standing and requires the flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and early morning hours.
