**Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in aiding the Club Manager with the management of everyday operations, which includes training staff, overseeing tasks, and fostering the achievement of the club’s performance objectives. This position is pivotal in guaranteeing a top-notch experience for members, upholding the cleanliness of the facility, and addressing any member issues that arise. Applicants should possess 9 to 12 months of experience in customer service and team leadership, and must be at least 18 years old. Basic computer skills are necessary, and the role requires physical effort, including the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and engage in routine cleaning activities.
