**Merchandise Manager**
The Merchandise Manager is responsible for supervising store functions, such as processing incoming shipments, maintaining inventory procedures, and adhering to visual merchandising guidelines. This individual will also mentor team members, coordinate workload distribution, and maintain a store ambiance that is ready for customers by prioritizing tasks efficiently. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail leadership. Additionally, the position necessitates the strength to stand for extended durations, lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, and have a willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
