The role of the merchandiser/cashier involves welcoming customers, helping them find products, and ensuring that store displays align with planograms. This position also includes processing customer transactions, overseeing returns, and helping to prevent shoplifting within the store. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong numerical skills, effective communication abilities, and excellent organizational talents.
