Job description
The Merchandising Lead plays a crucial role in guiding team members, enhancing the visual appeal of the sales area, and providing exceptional service to members. This role includes managing inventory restocking, ensuring proper product rotation, and coordinating the preparation and organization of club pick-up orders. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years of age and have at least 6 months of experience in retail, along with 6 months in customer service. Ideal candidates will have a background in team leadership, recruitment, and staff training.
