Key duties include maintaining welding equipment, adhering to safety guidelines, and organizing the staging of parts in a production environment. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience with MIG welding in a manufacturing setting and demonstrate a solid mechanical aptitude. A high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary, along with the capability to handle physical responsibilities, including lifting weights up to 50 pounds.
