Job Summary
The Milk Intake Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of milk intake, ensuring that all activities adhere to established quality, safety, and regulatory guidelines. This role involves close collaboration with both suppliers and internal teams to manage delivery processes effectively, maintain accurate documentation, and drive efforts to enhance efficiency within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily milk intake operations to meet quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain precise records related to milk intake and deliveries.
- Implement process improvements to increase facility productivity.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in dairy operations or agricultural production.
- High school diploma or an equivalent educational qualification.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within a production environment.
