Job description
**Job Title: Field Service Technician**
In this role, you will be responsible for the repair, refurbishment, and maintenance of Caterpillar and associated machinery on-site, addressing intricate engine and system issues as they arise. You will be expected to maintain clear communication with both clients and management about the condition of the equipment, suggested repairs, and the status of service work. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of six months of relevant experience, although five years of experience in heavy equipment technology is preferred. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, bring their own set of tools, and be able to operate in challenging weather conditions.
