The Mixing Operator plays a crucial role in combining ingredients based on specified recipes while overseeing batching machinery. Additionally, they are involved in conducting analytical tests, overseeing inventory management, and operating forklifts as required. While prior experience is not mandatory, a high school diploma or equivalent is essential. Applicants should be prepared to thrive in a dynamic work environment, stand for more than 8 hours, and lift weights of up to 60 lbs.
