**Job Title: Production Supervisor**
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities to guarantee that target deadlines are achieved. This role involves managing workflows and monitoring the use of raw materials. The supervisor will also be tasked with training team members, performing performance evaluations, and working with management on strategies for capacity and manufacturing. Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma or an associate degree, along with 4-6 years of experience in a leadership role within manufacturing operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and forklift operation is necessary.
