**Mobile Maintenance Engineer**
The Mobile Maintenance Engineer is responsible for executing hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within a variety of mixed-use properties. This role includes the management of third-party service providers, performing routine site audits, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and operational protocols. Applicants should possess a minimum of 7 years in facilities management and be prepared for 24/7 emergency response situations. This position necessitates regional travel between Fort Worth and Austin, and demands exceptional technical, analytical, and project management abilities.
