Job description
**Job Title: Lead Engineer for Photonic Component Development**
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the tapeout process of advanced photonic components and creating AI-enhanced workflows for the design and layout of these components. This role includes working in partnership with foundry associates to refine design-fabrication-testing cycles and facilitating the integration of photonic components into quantum computing platforms. Candidates must have either a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a similar discipline, or at least four years of relevant experience with photonic integrated circuits. Expertise in Python and familiarity with photonic integrated circuit workflows, such as simulation and layout processes, are essential.
