**Mobilization Associate**
The Mobilization Associate is responsible for overseeing grassroots initiatives, coordinating rapid-response actions, and equipping campaign hosts with necessary training and resources. This role also involves fostering collaboration within coalitions, tracking campaign developments, and performing administrative duties to keep initiatives well-structured and focused on their objectives. Applicants should have 1–3 years of experience in organizing, advocacy, or related campaign activities and must demonstrate excellent written communication and facilitation abilities. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, able to juggle multiple programs simultaneously, and adept at adjusting to changing priorities.
