**Mortgage Loan Originator**
The Mortgage Loan Originator is tasked with pursuing and cultivating residential mortgage loans while fostering relationships with real estate agents and other referral partners. This role involves evaluating loan applications, performing applicant interviews, and ensuring adherence to investor and regulatory standards. Applicants should have a minimum of three years of experience in lending and possess a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, a valid driver’s license and registration with the National Mortgage Loan Licensing System are necessary for this position.
