The Senior Director oversees the strategic planning and operational efficiency of patient access, therapy initiation, and care coordination across various service lines. This role is crucial in fostering growth, streamlining reimbursement processes, and maintaining a high standard of patient-centered care through collaborative leadership. Applicants should possess a minimum of 8 years of advancing experience in healthcare operations, with at least 6 years focused on areas such as patient access, specialty pharmacy, or revenue cycle management. A high school diploma or GED is necessary, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
