**Job Title: Mortgage Officer**
The Mortgage Officer plays a crucial role in identifying and initiating residential mortgage loans, assisting clients throughout the entire application journey from pre-qualification to closing. This position requires the management of a dynamic loan pipeline and the cultivation of professional relationships with referral partners, such as real estate agents and financial advisors. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage origination and must have a current Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license. A high school diploma or GED is necessary, with a preference given to candidates holding an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a field related to business.
