Job Summary
The Regional Property Manager is responsible for managing a collection of apartment communities, with an emphasis on enhancing financial results and upholding high standards for property conditions. This role involves leading on-site management teams and ensuring that residents receive outstanding service through diligent operational management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial performance across a portfolio of apartment communities.
- Lead and support on-site management teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage budgets effectively to optimize resources and enhance profitability.
- Maintain rigorous property standards and conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance.
- Facilitate effective operational oversight to address resident needs and queries efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily property management.
- At least 3 years in a regional management capacity.
- Valid driver’s license is required for travel between properties.
- Ability to travel frequently to various property locations.
