The Regional Property Manager plays a crucial role in managing operational efficacy, financial planning, and asset oversight across various properties. This individual will guide property teams, oversee vendor partnerships, and execute strategies aimed at optimizing net operating income as well as enhancing resident satisfaction. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in third-party property management, with at least 2 years serving in a multi-site or area management capacity. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
