The Insurance Agent plays a key role in assessing client requirements to suggest customized insurance products and is tasked with generating leads via networking and utilizing company resources. Additionally, the agent will provide clients with comprehensive information about policy choices and foster robust relationships to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates should exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, along with a self-driven and goal-oriented approach. Although prior experience in sales or customer service is beneficial, applicants are required to have an insurance license or be prepared to acquire one.
