Job description
**Customer Service Specialists** engage directly with both wholesale and retail clients to identify their requirements and suggest suitable product options. They play a crucial role in addressing customer issues, upholding the visual presentation of the store, and meeting sales targets. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and have the ability to lift items weighing up to 70 lbs. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of experience in retail, delivery, or a customer service role.
