Job description
The assistant is responsible for assessing client eligibility for Medicaid transportation services and overseeing transportation requests through both digital and manual platforms. Additional duties include data entry, report preparation, and monitoring contractual timelines. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and administrative abilities, along with a strong command of Microsoft Office tools. Prior experience in social services or healthcare settings interacting with diverse communities is advantageous.
