Job description
**Job Title: Payroll Specialist**
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for supporting the preparation, processing, and auditing of timely and accurate biweekly payroll, while ensuring adherence to hospital policies and relevant labor regulations. This role also offers assistance to both employees and management with issues related to timekeeping, payment protocols, and any inquiries pertaining to payroll. Applicants should possess at least 2 years of experience in payroll, human resources, or accounting within a sizeable organization. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a similar field is preferred, along with expertise in payroll software and a solid understanding of wage and hour laws.
