Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Network & Systems Administrator to join our dynamic infrastructure team. This role involves supporting the provisioning and management of network and system resources, collaborating closely with network engineers, field engineers, and cybersecurity experts to ensure the integrity and efficiency of our technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the provisioning and configuration of network and system resources.
- Collaborate with network engineers to maintain and improve network performance.
- Work alongside field engineers to ensure systems are functioning and up-to-date.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives to protect organizational data and systems.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
Qualifications
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in network and systems administration.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
