Job description
Job Summary
The Technical Product Owner is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role is pivotal in guiding the development team by clarifying product requirements, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that the end product aligns with the strategic vision of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering and interpreting product requirements.
- Work with the development team to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
- Ensure that the technical aspects of product development are aligned with business goals.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain the product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management or as a product owner in a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for stakeholders.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
