Job description
**Job Title: Network/Systems Engineer**
The Network/Systems Engineer plays a crucial role in delivering high-level technical support for service desk and enterprise operations. This position involves diagnosing issues within the infrastructure, performing troubleshooting, and conducting root-cause analysis. The Engineer will work closely with engineering teams to facilitate incident response, enhance disaster recovery strategies, and implement operational improvements. Candidates are expected to have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, complemented by five years of pertinent experience in network or systems engineering. A strong proficiency in enterprise Microsoft environments, networking, and endpoint management is essential.
