The Registered Nurse will deliver patient-focused care in either Med-Surg or ICU settings while engaging in a one-year residency program for nurses. Key duties involve maintaining accurate patient care records, utilizing medical equipment, and working alongside the healthcare team to promote patient safety. Applicants should possess a valid RN license and a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is necessary, with new graduates anticipated to achieve this qualification within a designated period.
