The Area Vice President of Operations is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across several hospice agencies, focusing on clinical excellence and financial success. This individual will coach agency teams, promote census expansion, and guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements. Applicants must hold a Registered Nurse license and possess a minimum of 10 years of advancing leadership experience in healthcare operations. A bachelor’s degree is necessary, while a master’s degree in healthcare administration or business is highly desirable.
