**Job Title: Nursing Residency Program for 2026 Graduates**
Newly licensed nurses will participate in clinical rotations and practical skills training, ensuring the delivery of safe and high-quality patient care. Under the guidance of experienced clinical preceptors, they will cultivate essential knowledge and professional behaviors needed for a thriving nursing career. Applicants must be nursing graduates from May 2026 who are eligible for the residency program. This position necessitates a dedication to ongoing education and the capacity to engage in clinical training within diverse healthcare partner units.
