Responsibilities also include accurately documenting care, ensuring cleanliness in the environment, and assisting with social activities for residents. Applicants should possess a valid CNA or STNA certification along with CPR certification. A minimum of one year of experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred, as well as excellent clinical and interpersonal abilities.
