Job description
The RN Clinical Nurse delivers personalized, high-quality care to patients within a collaborative interdisciplinary team framework, employing evidence-based practices. Responsibilities include managing patient care, executing the nursing process, and engaging in shared governance alongside initiatives aimed at performance improvement. Applicants should possess an Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing, though a Bachelor’s degree is favored. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on patient care experience and a valid RN license are mandatory.
