Job description
**Job Title: Fundraising Manager**
In this position, the individual will focus on developing strong connections with fundraising volunteers and executing peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives aimed at achieving financial targets. The manager will work closely with various internal teams to convey the organization’s mission effectively and coordinate donor engagement events. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, alongside 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. Essential skills include relationship management, volunteer recruitment, and sales acumen, along with a strong command of MS Office and digital sales platforms.
