**Job Title: Direct Care Provider**
Deliver empathetic and tailored direct assistance to residents, helping with daily living tasks including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Prioritize the safety, comfort, and overall well-being of residents while encouraging their independence in a nurturing atmosphere. Candidates should have a high school diploma or its equivalent and possess a valid state CNA or HCA certification. A minimum of 12 months of professional caregiving experience, along with current First Aid and CPR certifications, is essential.
