Job Summary
The Noc Caregiver – CNA position with HCA is a crucial role designed for dedicated individuals who provide exceptional care and support to clients during night shifts from Friday to Monday. This role focuses on promoting the overall well-being and comfort of individuals in a compassionate environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the clients.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
- Engage clients in social activities and offer companionship.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Previous experience in a caregiver role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Empathy and patience towards clients with diverse needs.
