Job Summary
This role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care in both home environments and infusion suites, focusing on IV management and medication delivery. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in home settings and infusion suites, ensuring safe IV management.
- Administer medications as prescribed to patients, following proper protocols.
- Work in partnership with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation of patient interactions and treatments.
Qualifications
- A nursing degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Must hold a current RN license.
- At least two years of nursing experience is essential.
- IV certification is a prerequisite for this position.
- Strong skills in phlebotomy and venous access are necessary for effective patient care.
