Job Summary
The Resident Assistant plays a critical role in offering personal care and helping residents with daily activities to enhance their independence and well-being. This position is focused on supporting senior residents within the community.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Monitor and assess the conditions of residents.
- Encourage and facilitate social interactions among residents.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment throughout the community.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in caregiving, senior living, or healthcare settings.
- A compassionate and patient demeanor towards seniors.
- Physical capability to lift, push, or pull weights ranging from 25 to 50 lbs as required for resident care.
