Job Summary
The Nurse Aide/CNA Floater plays a crucial role in delivering personal care, mobility support, and companionship to elderly clients in multiple settings. This position involves not only assisting with daily activities but also ensuring clients’ safety and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential personal care and support to seniors in varied locations.
- Assist clients with mobility and ensure their comfort and safety.
- Monitor the health status of clients and report any changes in condition.
- Offer transportation services for clients attending appointments and running errands.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Hawaii Nurse Aide or CNA certification.
- Successful completion of in-person skills training is required.
- A current driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting with mobility is necessary.
