Job description
The Nurse Extern’s role involves evaluating, planning, implementing, and assessing nursing care for patients while working closely under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This position includes carrying out patient care duties, documenting healthcare records, and supporting the collection of medical histories and physical evaluations. Eligible candidates should be actively enrolled in a recognized School of Nursing or have recently graduated in preparation for the NCLEX examination. It is essential that applicants have finished designated medical-surgical clinical rotations and secure BLS certification within 90 days of their employment.
