Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Nurse or Medical Assistant (LPN or MA) Float to join our team at PriMED Physicians, a prominent and rapidly expanding healthcare provider in Dayton, Ohio. In this role, you will provide versatile support across various clinical settings, ensuring quality care for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing and medical assistance in a float capacity throughout different facilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans effectively.
- Monitor patient health and document any changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Assist with routine procedures and patient examinations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure patient safety.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA) in Ohio.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and staff.
- Flexibility to work in various clinical environments as needed.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy setting.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
